1/2 cup of Old Fashion Oatmeal
1 cup of water
a few walnuts
1 banana
half tsp.-1tsp. of cinnamon (Don't add any sugar. Sugar makes you tired.)
Stir all together in a large bowl. Then, cover and place in the microwave for 4min. on high.
Finally, eat up and see how well you do at school! :)
