Any parent who is entering our school to volunteer in a classroom, on a field trip, for the book fair or other PTA events, or EVEN just to have lunch, is required to be an approved volunteer for our school. If you have been approved in the past, you need to make sure you are still current. No volunteer cards are mailed out, but Vicki Gable in the front office, can check the computer to see if you are cleared. Volunteer forms will be available at orientation, but all parents have to be approved, even for a lunch time visit. We have the new computer at the front office that is available for those who don't have access to one at home or work. The sooner you apply, the sooner you are approved. The beginning of the year is a little busy, and it could take a couple of weeks for approval.
