I hope everyone had a restful holiday break! PTA is about to kick off our main
fundraiser: the Boosterthon Fun Run. Our pep rally will be on January 20th and
the Fun Run is on January 29th. The Fun Run staff will be coming to BSE to
pump up the staff and students. They will be visiting classrooms briefly to
talk about a lesson and hand out prizes. If you could start to talk to students
and parents about this and get them excited it would be greatly appreciated. We
are hoping to raise enough money to add an outdoor eating and learning area
and/or interactive murals to the hallways. As always, thank you for your
