PTA -Schedule Changes

Please read the PTA letter sent to teachers about changes in the schedule.

Good Evening ,

 I wanted to let you know of some upcoming dates and changes. 

 

 

 First off, due to a scheduling conflict with school pictures, we needed to reschedule the Boosterthon Fun Run Dates.  The pep rally will now be on October 14th and the Run on October 23rd. 

Book Fair is Sept 15-19

Our first spirit night will be Thursday September 25th from 4-10 at PDQ.  Stickers will be passed out to teachers to give students on that day to remind parents.  PDQ will be giving us 10 percent of the sales from BSE students and families.  Please remind your students to sign in when they go.  PDQ will be donating a free lunch to the classroom that receives the most participation.  Also, all teachers that attend the spirit night will be entered to win a $25.00 PDQ gift card.

We are working on a spreadsheet that lists the number of PTA memberships by classrooms.  Please continue to encourage your families to join the PTA.  We will be holding a contest as an incentive.  Any class that has 50 % membership will have a popcorn party, 75% membership will have an ice cream party, 90 % will have a pizza party.  We will let you know of the date that the membership will be due.

Also, continue to send in any tshirt orders, we will be filling the orders as they are received.
