TO THE DCPS POLICY, CHAPERONES ARE UNABLE TO BRING YOUNGER SIBLINGS ON FIELD
TRIPS. CHAPERONES MUST ALSO HAVE
COMPLETED ALL VOLUNTEER FORMS IN THE FRONT OFFICE TO ATTEND. IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING YOU NEED TO
COMPLETE THE FORMS NOW. All chaperones will need to provide their own
transportation or carpool with other parents.
